Ahoy, Ship Wreckers!

As announced earlier this year, Maine Roller Derby decided to retire the team name Calamity Janes. After several idea generating sessions and rounds of voting, the members of Maine Roller Derby selected the new team name the Ship Wreckers. We then asked long time MRD official, coach, and volunteer Ruth of All Evil, who also designed our other team logos, to design a new logo.

The Ship Wreckers made their official debut at the 2019 Coming Out Bout on December 14.
